Our Services
DOCUMENT CLINIC
Our Document Clinic provides practical, one-on-one support for individuals and families experiencing barriers in understanding forms, official correspondence, and service systems. Many people from both mainstream and migrant backgrounds face challenges with language, digital access, service navigation, and confidence in dealing with government and other institutions. This program helps reduce those barriers by providing culturally responsive assistance, guidance, and referral pathways so people can access the support and services they need.
This service is part of MCQ’s commitment to reducing hardship, improving access, and supporting people who may otherwise be at risk of exclusion, disadvantage, or missed opportunities because of system-navigation barriers.
Held every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, the clinic offers a welcoming, respectful, and culturally supportive environment where individuals and families can receive guidance with confidence.
This service aims to improve access, reduce barriers, and empower community members to navigate important processes independently.
